Thinking of buying
a foreclosure? Think twice!
It is much tougher than purchasing a normal
home and it may not
be worth the extra time, trouble and frustration. Dealing with banks
that do not have to follow the rules the rest of us have to can be very
stressful. Actually, the banks are treating the buyers like dirt
and they are getting more and more arrogant as time goes by.
Also, the banks are turning off the utilities and most of the properties
have been neglected and have mold and other issues and you
have to buy them 'as is'.
.
Warning: Be prepared for a very unpleasant and maybe costly experience
if you buy a bank-owned foreclosure or short-sale property.
Fortunately there are thousands of privately owned homes and condos available
and most of them are in move-in condition and the prices are negotiable.
Best of all they want your business!
